
When scrolling a panel using a scroll bar, you can hold down Ctrl to enable/disable linking. As one file is scrolled from side to side the other file (or files) will be scrolled as well. When this option is checked, Merge will match the horizontal scroll positions of the linked files.

The Selection and Whole file radio-buttons can be used to modify the range within which the search and replace operation is carried out. Select the Replace All button to replace all instances of the search text with the replacement text. Select the Replace button to replace the selected text in the window with the replacement text. Enter the replacement text into the Replace with field. Enter the search text into the Find what field.
